Welcome to an exclusive community event to celebrate our Munich Pop Up Shop: A Women’s only cold water bathing in the Isar river followed by a Swedish fika (coffee and cinnamon buns) in the nearby Pop Up.
Together with a local guide, we invite a small group to a nice and cozy (yet cold) event in downtown Munich. Learn more about the benefits of cold water bathing, take a dip in the Isar and have a Swedish fika with old or new friends. There’s no better way to spend a Saturday morning!
10 spots. Pre-registration only. Bring a bathing suit, towel, warm clothes and flip flops or bathing shoes if you want.
